1. What forms of payment does your company accept? Payment by credit card only is accepted. Visa or Mastercard only. We do not currently accept checks, cash or bank drafts.

2. How can I be sure that it is safe to pay online with my credit card? Your credit card information is processed using SSL which stands for Secure Socket Layer. This uses 128bit Encryption and can be verified by observing the closed padlock icon which will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your browser when you are on our checkout page (the page where you are required to type in your credit card details to finalize your order).

3. How soon after payment is received will my order be dispatched? All orders are sent out within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday will not be shipped until Monday morning.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? This will depend on the country of destination. As a guide however we have found that European destinations take approximately 10 days after shipping and U.S. destinations around 14 days after shipping. All orders are sent by airmail.

5. How will my order be packaged? All orders are sent in well sealed heavy duty, plain, padded envelopes with all contents supplied in the manufacturers original packaging.

6. Is there a limit on the quantity of medications that I can order? Prescription medications will not be supplied in quantities greater than a 90day supply per product based on the manufactures average usage recommendations. There is maximum order number listed below each product for your guidance. PLEASE KEEP TO THE ORDER LIMITS OR WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

7. Is a doctors prescription required by your company before you will dispatch medications to a customer? No, we do not require customers to supply doctors prescriptions at this time. However, the responsibility for satisfying any prescription requirements in the country of destination lies entirely with the customer. We also recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified health care professional before ordering/using any of the medications available from this website.

8. Can anyone order medications from your company? We will only supply medications to customers over 18 years of age. We will also not supply anyone intent on reselling the medications, they are supplied for personal use only. The customer is also required to confirm that he/she has read, understood and agrees to our terms and conditions before placing an order.

9. Does your company offer medical advice to customers? No, we do not give medical advice of any description. None of the information provided on this website is intended as medical advice. We recommend that no-one should use medications of any description without first seeking the advice of a qualified health care professional.

10. Are there any countries that you will not ship medications to? Yes, we currently will not ship to Russia, India, North Korea, Spain, Indonesia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and Thailand.
